Cody Rhodes‘ return to WWE at WrestleMania 38 was highly anticipated and his debut captivated audiences. He became an instant big deal because WWE believed in him too. Rhodes is also known for his bizarre neck tattoos, and now it looks like he’s revealed the inspiration behind his tattoos.

Embossed American Nightmare Neck Tattoo Cody Rhodes’ voice was unveiled at AEW Revolution 2020. Rhodes had arrived in the 2020 arena with this new addition to his personality for his scheduled matchup with the current AEW World Champion. at MJF.

Rhodes previously revealed that showing Vince McMahon his tattoo helped him maintain his famous image after joining WWE. In fact, McMahon even suggested a new logo for Rhodes.

The American Nightmare took to Twitter and was asked about the inspiration behind his tattoo. Rhodes revealed that Brock Lesnar and The Rock inspired him.
