It would be recalled that Bram was suspended indefinitely by the TNA Wrestling after his arrest over the unpleasant incident that happened between him and his girl friend in Florida, Gulfport precisely on 30th of August.

According to reports gathered, the Florida State Attorney’s office has refused to take any legal action against Thomas Latimer popularly known as Bram, as at the time of filing this report, the alleged false imprisonment and strangulation leveled against him have been reportedly dropped.

The police also affirmed the statement issued by Latimer’s attorney saying that “Bram will not be prosecuted, and plead not guilty, despite admitting to holding his girlfriend down by her throat and refusing to let her out of their bedroom”.

The Statement reads thus:
“Our office is pleased to announce that Mr. Latimer’s case has been successfully resolved, resulting in a decision by the State Attorney’s office whereby they have declined to prosecute our client on the aforementioned charges. Our office has always maintained that once the entirety of the facts, evidence and witness statements are brought forth, our client would be exonerated of the allegations.”
