Wes Lee Quits WWE’s NXT This Week

WWE NXT is a competitive place, and keeping up that pace every week can be exhausting.

Well, it Looks like Wes Lee has decided it’s time for him to quit.

Wes Lee has had a great run as NXT North American Champion.

He was unable to get another shot at the NXT title this week, as Ilja Dragunov defeated him to earn a spot against Carmelo Hayes at NXT No Mercy.

After this week’s defeat, Wes Lee returned to the locker room.

It seemed like he was about to leave the company because he took his things, cleaned out his closet, and left.

This was a surprising segment for NXT. Wes Lee had a great singles match and many people didn’t think it would happen.

When Nash Carter was fired from WWE, many fans wondered what would happen to Wes Lee, but he proved those doubters wrong.

Now we’ll have to see what happens next with Wes Lee. If anything, this move certainly adds to his character.
