John Cena ‘dating again’ as he’s spotted with mystery brunette after Nikki Bella split

WWE and Hollywood star John Cena is reportedly dating again following his split from Nikki Bella and he has been snapped hand-in-hand with a mystery woman.

John Cena and new girlfriend were recently spotted on a date; all the way touching each other, laughing, cuddling and thingy.

The WWE star and his rumored new girlfriend, Shay Shariatzadeh were recently spotted on a date at Tower23 Hotel’s restaurant in San Diego, Calif. An eyewitness tells E! News that John and Shay were petty “casual” on the date but would “touch each other’s legs” affectionately at times.

In a photo posted on social media by @krystaallb, John and Shay can be seen chatting as they sit side-by-side and enjoy the scenic view of the restaurant.

The eyewitness also shares with E! News that 42-year-old actor ordered a chili mango margarita on the date, which can also be seen in the social media snap.

The sighting of the pair comes nearly a year after the 41-year-old wrestler first split with then-fiancée and fellow WWE wrestler, Nikki Bella (35). The two, who dated for five years, briefly reconciled a few months later before calling it quits for good in July last year.

By December the Bumblebee actor wasn’t saying whether he was ready to start dating again, but he told Us Weekly he had everything to look forward to in 2019. However, after the pictures surfaced, John’s ex, Nikki Bella, opened up about seeing the photos of her ex moving on.

“When I saw the headline…my stomach went into knots,” Nikki shared on The Bellas Podcast in early April. “But then when I opened it up I got those knots in your stomach that hurts when you get a text or you see a photo or you see your significant other flirt with someone or something.

He’s not the only one who’s moved on though. Nikki Bella is currently dating her handsome Dancing with the Stars partner Artem Chigvintsev (36).

Nikki and Artem were first linked in January but the Total Bellas star confirmed the casual relationship on her podcast last week.

“Yeah, we’re dating. There’s been a lot of speculation about us, but I’m still dating other people. We’re not engaged. We’re not married. We’re not boyfriend and girlfriend. We don’t say, ‘I love you’. We make out. He’s a great kisser,” she says.

Despite this, news of John’s new love may still come as a bit of a shock to her as she revealed in the season finale of Total Bellas on 24 March that it’d be tough for her to see her famous ex dating again.

“No matter what, the next time I see him with someone it’s going to kill me,” she says. “I still have a long way to go but honestly, I’m ready for a new me. I need it.”
