The Boss has been enjoying her time off from WWE and she’s not wasted a moment of her freedom. However, Brad Shepard reports on Oh, You Didn’t Know that Sasha Banks is ready to get back to work.
The biggest issue for planning a big return like Sasha Banks is finding the right moment for it to happen. This is something that WWE is apparently trying to work out.
However, it looks like ‘The Boss’ might be back in time for SummerSlam.
Local advertising in Toronto, Ontario for the 11 August event features Banks alongside Roman Reigns, Becky Lynch, and other active roster members.
The usual “card subject to change” disclaimer applies, but this is in line with recent reports suggesting that Banks and WWE have mended fences, and that her return to programming is imminent.
Sasha had a busy weekend on Japan, posing with the likes of Pro Wrestling NOAH star Naomichi Marufuji and a host of joshi wrestlers for social media snaps.
“I have once again been told that Sasha Banks’ return is imminent. I’m told she’s in good spirits and she’s ready to return to WWE. They’re waiting for the right moment to bring her back.”
“I’ve been given some speculation about what they might do, but nothing is set in stone so I’m going to leave that to your imagination. Because I don’t know what they’re going to do yet. Again, they could decide on something they’re going to do and change their mind that week — or that night right before the f*cking show airs.”
Sash Banks could very well find herself fitting back into WWE’s storylines after Summerslam, but you never know what WWE could be planning. You also can never predict when Vince McMahon will come in and hack up all of the plans only to start from scratch.
She is currently listed as a heel on the Raw roster backstage as well so that is an interesting dynamic to consider as well.
